Paul Mastrapa

BOARD CHAIRMAN & CEO, CARING BRANDS INTERNATIONAL

Paul Mastrapa joined Interim HealthCare and Caring Brands International as CEO in 2023. Previously, Mr. Mastrapa was the Chief Executive Officer of Help at Home from 2018 to 2021, leading the company through a period of rapid growth and sale to leading private equity investors. Prior to Help at Home, Paul was President and Chief Executive Officer of Option Care, a $2.0B leading national provider of alternate site infusion services. The company was formed in 2015 as a result of the corporate carve-out of Walgreens Infusion Services and in partnership with a leading private equity firm.

Prior to leading the carve-out and forming Option Care, Mr. Mastrapa was the president of Walgreens Infusion Services since 2007, overseeing the company’s rapid expansion into the industry leader. He joined Walgreens through the acquisition of Option Care, a public company with a leadership position in the infusion and specialty pharmacy markets where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2002 to 2007. Paul has over 30 years of alternate site healthcare service experience.

Mr. Mastrapa received a B.S. in Management from Tulane University in 1986 and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management in 1991. He resides, in Wilmette, Illinois with his wife and 2 sons and serves as a Trustee of Children's Home and Aid Society of Illinois.

Rexanne Domico

PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, INTERIM HEALTHCARE

Rexanne Domico joined Interim HealthCare in July 2024 as President and Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in post-acute care. She is now the Chief Executive Officer of Interim HealthCare. Rexanne previously served as CEO of HomeFree Pharmacy Services, where she drove growth through census, revenue, and profit increases, as well as renegotiating rates with large payors. Her work ultimately led to the sale of this asset to a well-known private equity investment company. Rexanne also held leadership roles at BrightSpring Health Services, overseeing 325 locations across 31 states, and LHC Group, where she spearheaded Home Health and Hospice operations as well as organic growth.

Rexanne’s deep industry knowledge spans all service lines, having worked at companies such as Gentiva and Olsten. Her hands-on leadership style and focus on strong execution and clear metrics make her an ideal leader to drive Interim HealthCare’s growth, innovation, and operational excellence. She oversees regional field support teams, Clinical Quality, Operations Excellence, and Growth & Development departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

In addition to her work with Interim she is active on a number of governing boards. She serves as a Operating Partner for The Vistria Group private equity firm and is an active Board Member for Beacon Specialized Living. She also serves as a board member for The Carolinas Foundation for Hospice & Home Care that advocates for the industry and its employees.

Steve Schildwachter

CHIEF STRATEGY, MARKETING & PEOPLE OFFICER

Steve Schildwachter joined Interim HealthCare in 2022 as our Chief Strategy, Marketing, & People Officer. A seasoned franchise executive, Steve will lead the company’s marketing and brand strategies while supporting our franchise network through innovative programs that drive expansion and growth. He brings more than 25 years of global marketing, branding and franchise experience to our organization.

Prior to Interim HealthCare, Steve was the Chief Marketing Officer of the Franchise Performance Group, where he oversaw the Rebuilt Lead Generation division for clients pursuing growth through franchise expansion. Previous to this post, he held a variety of Chief Marketing Officer and franchise advisory leadership roles for Restaurant.com, Enterprise CMO LLC, Museum of the Bible and Brightstar Group Holdings LLC, among others. His extensive background in building strong brands that generate revenue and growth for franchise organizations makes him an invaluable asset to Interim HealthCare.

Steve is a Certified Franchise Executive and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.

Jim Glueck

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Jim Glueck is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Caring Brands International and its subsidiaries—Interim HealthCare Inc., Bluebird Care and Just Better Care. With more than 25 years of business and technology experience, he joined the company in 2019 as a technology strategist to assess IT capabilities and identify innovative and strategic technologies that franchise owners can employ to advance their businesses. An expert in leveraging technology to transform and scale organizations in multiple industries, Jim is experienced at introducing new products and services to generate revenue, creating operational efficiencies to drive profitability and leading with the voice-of-thecustomer to strengthen stakeholder relationships and build brand loyalty.

As a global business executive, Jim has been successful in starting, building, transforming and scaling organizations from early-stage high-tech start-ups to established Fortune 500 firms, including Cisco and IBM. He is the founder and CEO of two successful, fast-growing technology services and software companies: Gigit Global and Qualify Call Solutions.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Arizona in Phoenix. He has also completed executive global leadership programs at Harvard, Oxford and the University of California, Berkeley.

Steve Gates

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Steve Gates joined Caring Brands International as Chief Financial Officer in October 2024, bringing over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to this role, he served as CFO of HomeFree Pharmacy Services in Louisville, Kentucky, where he successfully led the finance function through the company’s sale. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gates was Senior Vice President of Strategy at private equity backed Remedi SeniorCare and held financial leadership positions at Omnicare, a $6.0B long-term care pharmacy later acquired by CVS Health. He began his career working in CPA firms, including Ernst & Young.

Mr. Gates holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wright State University and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served for four years. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and three daughters. Faith plays an important role in his life, and he remains actively engaged in his church.

Jon Hartke

Senior Vice President, Transformation

Jon Hartke was named Senior Vice President of Transformation in January 2024. With 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Jon is a proven leader in driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Prior to Interim HealthCare, Jon was Vice President, Field Operations of Help at Home, LLC in Chicago, IL where he championed the Field Operations function, led the implementation of large strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, and cost control initiatives. Before joining Help at home in 2019, Jon worked for Option Care Health as the Sr. Director of National Logistics and Real Estate, spearheading business transformation for future enteral strategy, back-office transformation, and was responsible for managing National vendors.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa.

Dan Borraga

Senior Vice President, Operations

Dan Borraga, PT, MBA, was named Senior Vice President of Operations in January 2026 after joining Interim Healthcare in 2024 as Vice President of Franchise Partner Support for the Northeast Region. With 22 years of experience in the post-acute sector, and 30 total years in healthcare, Dan has worked along the care continuum as a practicing clinician, as well as a large multi-site operational leader in home health, hospice, and personal care.

Prior to Interim HealthCare, Dan served as Area Director, Operations of VNA Health at Home, a multi-site and multi-state home health and hospice organization under the CommonSpirit Health at Home organization. Dan enjoyed a 20-year career with VNA Health at Home that started as a field physical therapist, before moving through many progressive leadership roles as a Clinical Manager, Director of Clinical Services, Operations Director and finally Area Director of Operations (Administrator).

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Indiana University and an MBA from Bellarmine University. He resides in Louisville, KY with his wife and two children, and is a member of Southeast Christian Church.

Jeff Chapuran

GENERAL COUNSEL

Jeff Chapuran was named General Counsel in March of 2025. Prior to joining Interim, Jeff was an associate general counsel for BrightSpring Health Services, where he oversaw labor relations and employment law matters. In addition, Jeff assisted with M&A transactions, including the company’s 2024 initial public offering. Before joining BrightSpring in 2017, Jeff represented management in all aspects of labor and employment law as an associate with Stites & Harbison and a partner with Stoll Keenon Ogden in Kentucky. He comes with a reputation for strong administrative leadership, sound business and legal judgment, and a roll-up-your sleeves work ethic.

Jeff holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University.

Operations Leadership Team



Angie Rhoads

VP OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE

Angie Rhoads joined Interim HealthCare in April 2019 and serves as Vice President of Operations Excellence. Rhoads is responsible for supporting our franchises in their Medicare-certified businesses, including the successful launch of their home health or hospice and any subsequent offices. Her focus is on driving operational efficiencies that support both clinical excellence and financial sustainability.

With over 20 years of healthcare experience in the software and provider space, Rhoads has helped lead organizations through a variety of change, from updated conditions of participation to payment.

Angie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education and a MBA from Missouri State University.

Mickey Antley

VP Growth & Development

Mr. Antley joined Interim as the VP of Growth and Development in November 2024. He brings almost 20 years of both sales and leadership in healthcare space that includes Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty and Staffing. Prior to joining Interim, Mr. Antley served as the Director of Business Development for Synapse Health, a startup National DME provider, and worked closely with United Healthcare to stand up a capitated DME network for UHC's MA lives in NC and GA. From June 2014 to September 2023, he served in various leadership roles with Advanced Home Care, a full-service healthcare provider in the Southeast that provided Home Health, DME and Infusion Pharmacy, and was acquired by BrightSpring Health Services in February 2020.

Colleen Layton

VP Clinical Quality

Colleen Layton joined Interim HealthCare as the VP of Clinical Quality in March 2026. Colleen is an accomplished healthcare executive with leadership experience driving operations excellence, revenue growth, and large-scale organizational transformation in home healthcare and post-acute services. She brings a combination of strategic, systems-focused leadership, deep clinical insight, and strong patient-centered values. She’s used to working in large systems across multiple states. She’s previously held senior leadership roles at several major national providers. Colleen has a BSN from Nova Southeastern University and an MBA from Aspen University.
